realizing a growing demand in the South African market to support growing SMES and Mid Sized Corporate Businesses.

Tyrone Soondarjee CA (SA)
Tyrone Soondarjee is a commercially orientated Chartered Accountant with over 35years experience in the Corporate Sector. Tyrone has held a wide range of Senior Executive Roles in the Financial Services, Telecoms & Professional Services industries.
His most recent roles, Tyrone was the CFO & Executive Director of Cell C Limited for a period of I year, Group Financial Director of the JSE Listed Sasfin Banking Group for a period of 10 years & Director of Finance of Deloitte”s where he also spent l0 years. As a senior business leader & executive board member, his experience & skills set extend beyond finance & includes amongst other business strategy, governance, leadership, people management, deal making & corporate activities, capital, treasury & funding activities coupled with a key passion for growing businesses.
Tyrone also served as Non-Executive Chairman of JSE Listed lquad Group Limited and Non-Executive Director of JSE Listed Annuity Properties Limited.
As an entrepreneurially minded business executive, Tyrone is a Shareholder & Investor in 2 established businesses, and also provides Advisory & Consulting services to the Banking & Professional Services Sectors.
Currently, Tyrone is the Chairman of the Board of Grindrod Bank Limited and Independent Audit Committee Member to the National Empowerment Fund.

Founder and ChIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Christoph Steyn CA (SA)
Christoph Steyn is an innovative Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with an entrepreneurial vision who has had many successes within ICT Distribution and Telecommunications Industries, where he has funded and nurtured various Start-up Companies to Enterprise Status within a relatively short period of time.
Christoph Steyn’s most recent success was co-founding the fastest growing ICT Distributor in South Africa. With his passion for growth strategy, he has helped to grow the company’s revenue exponentially year on year, with more than 1000% since completion of its first financial year in 2016.
Christoph’s real interest for Technology sparked when he was given the opportunity to be the Auditor in Charge of the Altron/Altech merger whilst completing his Articles with KPMG as Chartered Accountant. Christoph further went on to join Ernst & Young in Guernsey in the Channel Islands, where he expanded his experience in the banking sector.
Christoph is also the Founder and CEO of ICT Capital, a Fin Tech company looking to disrupt the short-term funding space within the ICT Industry.

Arnold Pienaar
Arnold Pienaar is an experienced Financial Adviser with 40 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry.
Arnold Pienaar has a wide range of experience within the Financing, Investments, Commercial Insurance, and Long and Short Term Deposits Sectors.
He is currently acting as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Topaz Lake Trading as well as Dynamic Infinite Financial Services, which are both Registered Authorised Financial Services Providers.
